Will this work on my Computer?

The compatible operating systems are stated on the product page. Please ensure your operating system is listed.

Does it include physical media?

No, this is an instant download only, nothing will be shipped.

Is there a free trial available?

Unfortunately we do not offer free trials.

Downloading

I downloaded my software, but I cannot find it?

The software is usually downloaded to your "Downloads" folder on your computer.

My License Key is not working?

If you are having trouble activating your software, please double check it is entered correctly. Also try typing it rather then copying and pasting. If it still will not work, please message us.

Where's my Download Link or License Key(s)?

Your link to download your software and view your License Key(s) was emailed to the address you provided. Please also check your spam/junk folder.

You can also download your software and view your license key by logging into your account here.

If you don't have an account, you'll need to create one using the same email address you placed the order with.

Refunds and Cancellations

What is your Refund Policy?

Unfortunately, computer software cannot be returned, cancelled or refunded.

It cannot be returned because the software and license key have been exposed to you. Either it has been used and activated by you and cannot be used by anyone else or it could be used at a later date. This is standard refund procedure for computer software no matter where you purchase it.

Please ensure your system is compatible with the Software before Purchase.

All technical support inquiries should be sent to the Brand for resolution.

How do I cancel my Download Protection Subscription?

To cancel your Download Protection Subscription, log into your account here.

If you don't have an account, you'll need to create one using the same email address you placed the order with.

Click on the "Manage Download Protection" menu button, then select your Subscription and then click "Cancel My Protection"

Why do you not offer support over the Phone or Instant Chat?

Due to the Nature of Computer Software, Support takes time for us and our Brands to investigate and research the root cause of issues. So Phone Calls or Instant Chat would result in an Email followup most of the time regardless.

I need help installing or using my software I purchased

Having issues with the install or use of software isn't typical but does occur unfortunately. The issue will need to be resolved by the brand directly as they require all technical support to be handled by them. They can be contacted below.
