I like that is a lifetime license. And it's good value for money!

Although I use software on a daily basis I am unused to every kind of package, PDFs have always been very much a 'read only' element in my opinion. This was an easy package to install - simply scratch off the code on the reverse and log in - I used my Google account. Once in I used an existing PDF to test the software and was able to add, cut, paste and add signatures, which is an absolute bonus considering the nature of today's remote working ethos. If you're used to Microsoft Office packages then you shouldn't have too many problems with this this software.Recommended.

Fantastic program and very very handy to have on your PC or laptop. Not happy you only get a download activation code card to scratch off, what happened to getting a dvd disc and case that we used to get for the same price. So they save on manufacturing disc’s burning programs and printing cases but charge the same price hence the 4 stars otherwise I would a 5 but the PDF program is excellent.The problems I’ve had in the past with codes if your hard drive dies it’s a nightmare getting the company to let you put on a new drive.

A give it a thumbs up.However, one feature seems to be missing or I have missed it in the application.For me, I am unable to highlight text in a document and insert a hyperlink in the highlighted text.This is something that I used a lot with Adobe.

The “PDF Extra 2021” for Windows Professional PDF editor from MobiSystems is a very handy third-party pdf writer software that rivals the likes of Adobe.When you order the software what you get is a simple flexible card, roughly the size of three credit cards, which provides the activation key for you to go onto the pdfextra website and download the software from. This took approximately 1 minute, and then I was literally up and running with being able to edit pdf’s.To test out the versatility of the software and its ease of use, I downloaded a random set of statutory accounts from Companies House and just had a play with the data in them (as I said, just for testing, as the stats on CH are scanned in, so can be trickier for pdf editors to cope with).The PDF Extra software was very easy to get to grips with, with its layout similar to a Microsoft Windows application in many ways. Inserting text was a simple case of going to “Insert” along the drop down menus at the top, and then selecting “Text”. You can also easily insert picture, snip and move things, resize, amend and adjust stuff, and generally do all the editing you’d want to do.You can also tick boxes and sign documents with a signature stored on your hard drive.For what I need this for it’s just the ticket. And with this software you get a lifetime licence for one PC (along with 5GB of cloud storage). So a one-off payment and you’re set for life (unless you change your PC – which is likely at some point, if you’re honest).

Having been a user of another well-known PDF creator/editing software for many years, I was very interested to see how this software compared - especially as it offers a lifetime license, rather than a monthly paid subscription charge (which proves expensive after many years).I can honestly say that so far, this PDF Extra software is just as good as the other software I have been using. It certainly has all of the functionality that I use regularly and undertakes it well.Easy to download, install and register with the code on the back of the supplied card, the interface is easy and straightforward to use, as well as being intuitive - especially easy if you are used to other software of this nature.To name but a few of the functions the software offers and ones I use regularly, are editing PDF documents. This software allows you to do this quickly and easily with the range of editing tools. Highlighting, commenting and moving images can all be done easily.One of the first things I tried was creating a PDF from another document and removing certain pages and reordering others. I do this quite regularly. Adding signature and passwording, as well as watermarking the documents are all possible. There is also the option to fill and sign forms (I haven't tried this function properly as yet, but I will do).This software also offers settings for different read modes (page flips etc.) and also PDF Extra now appears as a "print to" option from within other applications such as Word etc.This software also comes with 5GB cloud storage space for documents/files on Mobidrive, where other cloud storage can also be linked to (Dropbox, One Drive etc.)I can genuinely say that this software is just as good as my previous (and very expensive software), yet still has all the functionality. I will definitely be using PDF Extra from now on and it will save me a fortune. I cannot over emphasise how impressed I am with this and would not hesitate in recommending it to others.

This comes in very handy for me with my engineering work as I work through alot of PDF files. being able to make, edit and improve the file is very useful and ive already had a great use out of this software.

This is a 1-year license for 1 copy of a PDF editing software. The software is made by MobiSystems, a company which makes affordable alternatives to big-name productivity software like MS Office and Adobe Acrobat. This PDF editor allows you to open and edit PDF documents. You can add or change text and images, add, delete, reorder or rotate pages, add digital signatures and password protection. The software has an in interface much like current MS Office software, with a ribbon of quick commands at the top. But it also has good old drop-down menus that let you find and use the functions you need. When you order this product, you get a small plastic card with a printed 8 letter key on the back. You go to the MobiSystems website, download the software, then activate it with your key. This single license is good for 1 computer, 1 phone and 1 tablet, all linked into 1 account.I was a bit disappointed to find out that this is just a 1-year subscription, not a permanent purchase. And that the subscription is only good for 1 computer on my account. I’m a hardware junkie and typically use 3 computers on a daily basis. With the other subscriptions that I have (MS Office and Adobe Creative Cloud), a single subscription covers all of my computers. This limit of 1 computer per subscription is a hassle to deal with—I’ll have to do all of my pdf work on the same computer. But if you usually only use one computer, that may not be a problem for you. I find this pdf editor quite a bit easier than the previous editor that I used to use. This one is far more intuitive and less frustrating. Yes, this editor does indeed have an undo feature, accessible either with the standard Ctrl-z or Edit->Undo. If you need to create or edit pdf's on a regular (or even irregular) basis, this is a very capable program.

the features of adobe i really needed were to combine/convert to pdf. To save reduced size files. To crop files then save to pdf. To be able to rotate files and otherwise manipulate them then save to pdf. Adding text and signatures. This product is able to do only the last of those tasks (so far as i can see after a morning of trying).I may be wrong or I may have misunderstood what this product was. For me at least this was a mistake to purchase.That said, as a pdf viewer and basic editor it is perfectly fine. Compared to a monthly subscription it is a sane price and couldn't be easier to install. The physical sending of the activation code felt a little unnecessary in this day and age but it only took two days to deliver so not that much of an inconvenience.All in all it was a mistake for me to buy this but that does not mean it's in any way a bad product.
