I need help with my order

The link to view your license key was emailed to you after purchase. If you cannot locate it, please also check your spam/junk folder.

My Serial Number/License Key is not working
If you are having trouble activating your software, please ensure it is typed correctly. Also try typing it rather then copying and pasting. If it still will not work, please contact us below.
My software won't download
When you download the software, it usually downloads into your download folder on your computer.
If you are still having problems, please try a different internet browser.
Refunds
Can I return my product for a refund?
If it states "This item has a 30 day money back guarantee." on the product page, you can try the software for up to 30 days. Within 30 days, you can cancel and refund your order from within your account with us. After 30 days, please direct all concerns to the Manufacturer.
If it states "This item is Noncancelable and Nonreturnable. Please ensure system compatibility before purchase." on the product page, the item cannot be cancelled or returned. Please direct all concerns to the Manufacturer.
How do I request a refund?
