I would give 0 stars if possible

I purchased this for a legally blind participant, but it did not dictate back. I must have purchased the wrong version. I notified Software CW the the next day, but they will not refund my purchase or give me a store credit to purchase the newer correct dragon software. I work for a Non Profit organization who assists disabled participant's and now we are out over $300 and have to eat that cost, and I can't purchase the correct dragon software because we lost money. They just told me to contact the software company, which doesn't help. The participant cannot use the software and it is useless. I won't make this mistake again and will never purchase software from your company.
